Easy unique way to make a handmade greeting card
Share
Hello there crafty friends,
Today I have a quick and easy idea to make beautiful cards for any occasion using simplest of craft supplies and the results will amaze you.
Are you ready?
Here you go!
Aren't they gorgeous? And to think they are created with just plain cardstock, a small heart punch and a "thanks" die.
I used the beautiful combo of Matcha tea, Amazon Green, Bougainville Pink, Blue Vert and Ivory CardStock.
All you have to do is cut 1" squares from different colors and punch some hearts. Start at the centre and arrange the squares in your desired format on Ivory cardstock layer.
For the base, start with a 6"X12" piece of Matcha Tea Cardstock and fold it in half to form a 6" square folded notecard.
The Ivory cardstock layer measures 5.75"X 5.75". Once you have the layers assembled, adhere the punched hearts with the help of hot glue to add a little dimension.
Finish it off with a sentiment of your choice. Don't have a die, use stamps or better yet, handwrite your sentiment for that ultimate handmade look.
And there you have it. Easy, quick and cute!
Save this idea for your next cardmaking session!
See you soon again!
