We understand that there might be circumstances when you might want to can cancel the order. Below are the guidelines for cancellation:
- If the order is cancelled before it is dispatched, then full order amount and shipping fee will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of 3-5% of the order amount.
- If the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any cancellation requests.
Replacement & Return Policy
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit,
- or there might be a manufacturing defect,
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you,
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item (s) at no extra cost, given that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the 24 hrs. of receiving the parcel. If we are not able to replace the item (s) due to any reason (e.g. out of stock), we will refund amount.
Steps to replace/return
- Send us an email on info@paperharmony.in with your Order number, reason for returning and latest images of the concerned item (s). Please try to take pictures/videos as soon as you receive the parcel.
- Once we confirm the return, we will try to arrange the pick-up. If due to any circumstances, we are not able to arrange the pick-up, you are requested to send the item back to us via local courier. We will provide store coupons to compensate for the shipping charges.
- Once we receive the item back, we will verify the items for the issues. Items should be in their original condition with original packing and price tag as received, to be eligible for replacement. Once we approve the replacement, we will dispatch the
There are certain cases where we will not be able to entertain the replacement/return:
- If the product is not the same as sent.
- If the product is damaged by the customer while opening the parcel.
- Electronic items such as heat guns, machines, etc, are not eligible.
- Items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
The product should have original packing, accessories, price tags, etc. otherwise no such claims would be entertained.
Exchange Policy
In case you are not satisfied with our product and looking for an exchange, we are happy to offer an exchange!
Please email us on info@paperharmony.in for the exchange with the details. After review, we will confirm the exchange.
We will only accept exchange of the same or higher order value as the original order.
Please send us the product in its original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches in the its original condition without damage or any signs of use, as we will not accept damaged products. Shipping charges will not be borne by Paper Harmony.
Refund Policy
- Refund will only be processed for orders cancelled before dispatch, damaged or defective products. Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded (in case of wrong entry of address, out-stationed at time of courier delivery or non-acceptance or any other reason).
- Refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 7-10 working days.
Paper Harmony reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Paper Harmony regarding the cancellation.
